Our Wholesale Lockbox Service provides a state of the art image-based process. All documents are imaged, and these images are made available to clients SAME day via email, FTP, or online delivery. Key attributes of our services are:
All of our deposits are image-based and all deposits are made same day no matter where in the United States your bank is located.
Because we process each transaction off of the images and not the original document, you’re assured that the image quality of all your documents is 100%.
We can process documents from standard check size up to legal size. We image both the front and back of all documents, so you will always have access to anything that might be on the back of a document.
Every day we send a PDF report of all scanned documents, grouped by transaction, for quick and easy updating of your client’s accounts receivable system.
All transactions and all images are available online for up to seven years, and clients may authorize access for as many users as needed.
If clients need to keep data for longer, we can provide a CD-ROM with all transactions and images on a periodic schedule. Clients can search transactions and bring up images just as they can with the online system.
